When will I be upgraded?
Practices will continue to be contacted via email and phone about their scheduled upgrade date or upgrade eligibility. Currently, US and Canada-based single location practices have been assigned upgrade dates. You may schedule or reschedule your upgrade date here.
How can I prepare?
Upgrade to Cornerstone 9.7 for the best Vello experience, including complete syncing back to patient records. You can also watch our on-demand upgrade overview webinar to learn what to expect during and after your upgrade. Please note that your practice must be using Cornerstone 9.2 or newer to upgrade to Vello.
How does Vello compare?
