Pet Health Network Pro customers are being actively contacted via email as they are eligible for upgrade. Upgrades will be ongoing through early 2025. US-based single location practices that are ready to upgrade now can schedule an upgrade any time here.
How can I prepare?
Upgrade to Cornerstone 9.6 for the best Vello experience, including complete syncing back to the patient record. You can also watch our on-demand upgrade overview webinar to learn what to expect during and after your upgrade.
How does Vello compare?
We've built Vello to fully integrate with Cornerstone practice management software, meaning complete syncing back to the patient record plus commonly requested Pet Health Network Pro enhancements and features.
How much does Vello cost?
Once you upgrade, your Pet Health Network Pro pricing will be held through the end of 2025. Vello has a list price of $349 with promotional pricing available.
Will my settings be transferred?
We will automatically transition all of your Pet Health Network Pro settings and configurations for a seamless Vello transition.
